Relationship break up

What did you hope to achieve from your hypnotherapy sessions? After a challenging break up I was struggling with sleep, anxiety and feelings of low self-worth. I hoped from hypnotherapy I would find a healthy way of processing the end of the relationship and some peace with the situation. I also hoped that my sleep might improve.

Did you achieve your goal? Yes, definitely

What did you achieve? My anxiety has greatly reduced, and my sleep is a lot better than it was. My ability to cope with everyday challenges is better than it was even before my relationship broke down. The main thing I think I achieved was a sense of acceptance of what happened. We focused on solutions rather than problems which I think made a huge difference. We also set goals in each session which made my journey really manageable.

Could anything have been handled better in your view? No, not at all

Would you use this person’s services again? Yes definitely, I have a phobia that we didn’t get a chance to tackle that I definitely want to overcome.

Would you recommend this person to others? Yes, I would, especially after something like a break up that has a whole range of emotions attached to it. Debbie is brilliant.
